AI strategy that ties to your P&L, not a slide deck

We help leadership teams cut through the noise: which AI opportunities are worth pursuing, in what order, and what has to be true about your data, people and risk posture before you scale.

What is included

What you get

Scope is agreed with you up front and tailored to your situation. These are the building blocks.

Opportunity assessment

Map candidate use cases across your business and rank them by value, feasibility and data readiness.

Build vs. buy guidance

Clear recommendations on vendor tools, foundation-model APIs and custom builds, with the trade-offs spelled out.

Data and model-risk guardrails

Policies for data handling, evaluation, human review and vendor risk that fit your industry and regulators.

Roadmap and business case

A sequenced 6–12 month plan with owners, dependencies and the metrics that decide whether to continue.

Who it is for

Is this right for you?

Leadership teams that know AI matters but need an honest view of where to start, what to skip, and how to avoid expensive pilots that never ship.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you only advise, or do you build too?

Both. Many clients start with strategy and continue into delivery with us, but advisory work stands on its own and carries no obligation to build with us.

How long does an engagement take?

A focused assessment typically takes a few weeks, depending on how many teams and systems are involved. We agree scope and timeline before starting.

Will you recommend AI where it is not needed?

No. If a simpler approach works better, we say so. Not every problem needs a model.
